How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from MuslimCloset.com. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

1. You have a window of 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
2. To start the return/exchange process, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page and follow the instructions provided. Please note that there might be an additional cost for the return/exchange shipping, which will be based on courier charges.
3. Ensure that the original product tag and packaging are intact when sending the product back to us.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return:

• Products returned without all original packaging and accompanying items that were included with the product during delivery.
• Items that have been worn or washed.
• Customized items, for which the customer has requested a specific color, a size not available in our standard size chart, or any modifications to the design, are considered customized and are therefore non-returnable.

Refund

How Refunds Are Processed:

We aim to ensure a hassle-free refund process. Here’s how you’ll receive your refund:

1. Once we receive the returned item in our warehouse, we will begin the refund process.
2. Your refund will be processed and credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
