Nida Matte fabric

Every piece in this range is cut from Nida Matte, and that is a deliberate choice rather than a cost one. Nida Matte is a premium-weight polyester crepe with a flat, non-reflective surface. It does not shine under camera flash or tube light, which is the single most common complaint about cheaper abaya fabrics.

It also holds its drape. The fabric falls straight down from the shoulder instead of clinging to the body, and it resists creasing, so it survives a day out or a long journey without needing an iron. It is opaque enough to wear without a slip, which matters in lighter colors where thin fabrics turn transparent in daylight.

Size and length guide
